The Utah Paperbox Lofts, located in the heart of Salt lake City, is a mixed-use development project. The project will be constructed to ease the high housing demand in Salt Lake and give residents local access to business, urban life, culture, and public transit.

The project is named after the century-old Paper Box Company, that previously occupied the site before relocating to another part of downtown.

The Paperbox Lofts consist of three residential buildings, with a total of 184 units. The first levels will be a combination of Live-work units, studios, and lounge spaces for its tenants. The above levels are all multi-family units, with additional lounges, decks, and exercise areas.

The center of the site consists of an open plaza space, that serves as a focal point for all the tenants to enjoy.
